Sažetak
Scientific purpose of this paper is to establish a model that explores the financial literacy of citizens i.e. individuals by examining relationship between components of financial literacy and socio-demographic characteristics of the Croatian citizens. Practical applications of the paper include development of financial literacy programs and financial literacy strategy. The model has been tested using binary logistic regression ; four fundamental survey questions have been defined, set as dependent variables ; six socio- demographic characteristics of respondents have been set as independent variables. Research results show that age, level of education and income levels statically significantly influence financial literacy.
