Sažetak
It is demonstrated how voltage and thermal loads influence the rate of material degradation by using the characteristic constant of materials, by means of which is possible to determine the dependence of material degradation on load time. Such knowledge is necessary when choosing the material and dimensions, as well as in diagnostics of real insulating system, since insulating materials and systems are declared only with regard to long-time endurance and only for fixed time and limit of degradation of the proposed property.
