Sažetak
In the globalised world knowledge equals profit and the price of highly finalised products of the food processing industry is determined by the amount of the intellectual capital invested. The sience share in economy is not sufficient not only in Croatia, but also in the EU with respect to the USA. We need more applicable projects and research, which should boost our competitivity and increase the income of our producers.
