Sažetak
In Croatia wine producers are quite numerous, but at the same time, their holdings are on the average very small. In the past decade we have made great efforts to raise the quality of our wines to the satisfaction of the Croatian consumers as well as tourists and friends that visit our country. Through the operative program adopted in the year 2004, the Croatian Government is assisting farmers to renew vineyards that are in many cases abandoned, due to the consequences of the recent war in our country and year-long devastation.
