Sažetak
In all examined waters of Istria the following species of Oligochaeta have been found: Lumbriculus variegatus (family Lumbrculidae), Tubijex tubifex, Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri, L. udekemianus, Psammoryctes barbata, Potamothrix bavaricus, Aulodrilus pluriseta (family Tubificidae), Nais pardalis, N. elinguis, N. pseudobtusa, N. simplex, N. variabilis, Paranais litoralis, Homochaeta naidina, Pristina rosea, P. bilobata (family Naididae), Cognettia sp., C. incisa, C. glandulosa (family Enchytraeidae) and Eiseniella tetraedra (family Lumbricida). The most species (16) were found in the Mirna river, where the most intensive researches were carried out. It's important to mention that the species Aulodrilus pluriseta was found for the first time and the species Potamothrix bavaricus was found for the second time in Croatia, so this study is also the contribution to coming to know the insufficiently examined fauna of Oligochaeta in Croatia. Because of thiese are the first researches of such type in the region of Istria, further work in this field will surely considerably increase the number of known species of Oligochaeta in the waters of this region.
