Sažetak
The 4th symposium of the Study Group on Music and Dance in Southeastern Europe of the International Council for Traditional Music was held from 24 September through 1 October 2014 in Belgrade and Petnica Science Center near Valjevo, Serbia. In total, 56 papers were presented by attending scholars, arranged into 21 sessions that centered on the three main themes of the symposium: professionalization in music and dance in Southeastern Europe, improvisation in music and dance in Southeastern Europe, and inter/postdisciplinary in ethnomusicology and ethnochoreology.
