Sažetak
The Roger-Ramanujan identities seems the most famous results in partition theory, with many applications and connections with other fields. In addition to combinatorial number theory and continued fractions it appears in statistical physics, probability, complex analysis, representation theory and other areas. Our focus is on some recent partition theoretic results arising from Rogers-Ramanujan identities, that relate the number of partitions with parts $\equiv 2 (mod \enspace 4)$, $\equiv \pm 1 (mod \enspace 5)$ and others.
