Sažetak
During 2011 field work has been done to research invasive plant species in eight settlements situated in Hrvatsko Zagorje region: Petrijanec, Donja Voća, Varaždin, Lepoglava, Ludbreg, Novi Marof, Varaždinske Toplice and Ivanec. Aim of this research was to record presence of invasive plant species on different types of anthropogenic habitats and to determine their abundance using Braun-Blanquet scale, extended by Barkmann, as contribution to better knowledge of distribution of alien plant species in Croatia, as well as to define their invasive status. A total of 40 plant species have been recorded, out of which 12 is present at all localities, while seven are present only at one of the localities. Some of recorded species are present at all types of anthropogenic habitats with high abundances. However, some of the species are present with lower abundances. Recorded data were analysed using NMS (nonmetric multidimensional scaling) which did not show any significant separation of any habitat type on which invasive plant species were researched.
