Sažetak
Surgical treatment in adult patients with malformations of cortical development who presented with pharmacologically intractable epilepsy showed great postoperative results in our series. Presurgical evaluation of patients with malformations of cortical development, including invasive recordings using electrodes, is very important to help surgeons to identify the specific seizure-causing cortical area that should be removed.
