Sažetak
The aim of this study was to evaluate mutagenicity of AH Plus and AH26 by structural chromosomal aberration analysis and micronucleus test. In the cultures treated with AH Plus and AH26 chromatid and chromosome breaks and acentric fragments were found. There was no significant difference between control and treated lymphocytes for both tests. Also, no significant difference was found regarding the duration of the extraction. Slightly increased numbers of aberrations and micronuclei compared to the control were found only in the blood samples treated with AH26 and AH Plus. Ah Plus and AH26 showed no mutagenic activity after DMSO extraction of 1h, 24h, and 7 days
