Sažetak
Bei einer 59-jahrigen Patientin wurde durch die konventionelle Rontgenaufnahme des Brustkorps obherhalb des Zwercgfleis links eine tumorose Struktur gefunden. Nach gleish danach erfolgter perkutaner Biopsie dieser Struktur wurden Nierenzellen nachgewiesen. Anchliebende Ultraschalluntersuchung und intravenose Urographie haben eine ektopische intrathorakale Niere bestatigt. Obwohl eine intrathorakal ektopiche Niere sehr selten vorkommt, sollte bei diagnostischem Vorgehen auch eine solche Mibbildung in Beltracht gezogen werden, um die logische diagnostische Reihenfolge durchfuhren zu konnen.
