Sažetak
Bronchopulmonary sequestration with associated diaphragmatic hernia was diagnosed in the 19th week of gestation with the aid of color Doppler imaging. Ultrasound observations correlated with pathologic findings. Prognosis of this combination of malformations is uncertain. Appropriate counselling in cases of bronchopulmonary sequestration with diaphragmatic hernia requires an understanding of the pathophysiology of chest masses in the fetus.
