Sažetak
Lunaria annua (L.) (annual honesty) belongs to Brassicaceae family. The goal of the present study was the isolation of the essential oil by hydrodistillation using a Clevenger type apparatus. In addition, in order to identify glucosinolates, other means of their degradation were applied (enzymatic, chemical). The resulting volatiles were subsequently extracted by CH2Cl2, and analyzed by GC and GC-MS.
