Sažetak
The presentation deals with global professional organization cooperation for advancing project performance. The project manager competence framwork is explained. Recent research results about the influence of comptence to project performnce are discussed in paralel with the global trends and the problem of poor project performance. The problem of cost overrun in construction projects is particularly focused. The final part of the presentation analyze the total cost management framework and project manager competences related to IPMA ICB, in the way of advancing project performance.
