Sažetak
Characteristics of a pattern in myoelectric signal, a silent period are discussed. Parameters of the silent period, its latency and duration are defined. Problems in measurement of silent period parameters due to its loose definition are emphasized. Results of automated silent period parameters measurement are compared to readings of an expert and evaluated. In conclusion, the necessity of visual presentation of measured signals and the possibility of expert automated measurement result correction at this stage of measurement system development is pointed out.
