Sažetak
This paper explores certain aspects of possible conceptual relationship between concept of modular production system (MPS) and some key factors of marketing concept (MC). It provides an overview of fundamental marketing concept principles as well as modular production system (MPS) principles, and gives an outline of basic procedures necessary for their successful application within marketing concept in order to ensure reduced production downtime, increase productivity, a good brand image in the customer's perception, maintain tight deadlines delivery and many other in paper mentioned advantages. The given examples help to understand the idea of connecting modular production system (MPS) and marketing concept (MC). So, the extent of financial assets allocated to MPS segment will largely be determined by business operation and company results. Marketing concept can be relevant to establishment of a functional MPS plan.
