Sažetak
Muscle, kidney, adipose tissue and brain samples from 4 male and 4 female mice group were taken for residue pesticide analysis. The organs were pooled and prepared by the modified QuEChERS method for analysis of imazalil residues by the GC-MS technique. All samples were prepared in the same way, as follows: 1 g of sample was homogenized in a mortar with 10 ml of ACN. The sample was transferred in falcon tube adding the 4 mg MgSO4, 1 g NaCl, 1 g trisodium citrate dehydrate and 0.5 g disodium hydrogen sesquihydrate to the sample. The sample thus prepared is centrifuged for 5 min at 3500 rpm. The sample was frozen overnight to remove fats. Aliquot of the prepared sample is taken for further procedure. The sample was clean up with Supel QuE Z-Sep+ .
