Sažetak
We present a patient with relapse of B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in the breast that was clinically presented as a primary breast cancer. A seventy-two-year old female was treated with chemotherapy and monoclonal antibodies (anti-CD20) due to diffuse large B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The complete remission was achieved. Three years later, patient presented with palpable left breast lump. Physical examination revealed palpable formation of left breast in border of the lateral quadrant, dimensions up to 3 cm. Laboratory results were within normal range. The PET/CT showed area of pathologic metabolic activity only in the left breast. Mammography reveled solitary, bilobulated, calcified mass of the left breast. On ultrasound, the lesion was hypoechoic with blurred edges, measuring 2 x 3, 7 x 2 cm. Mammography and ultrasound of the right breast were unremarkable. Findings of ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration and core needle biopsy correspondent to diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Patohistological report showed cells with CD20+/Bcl-2+/Bcl-6-/MUM-1+/CD3- imunophenotype. Findings indicated the infiltration of the breast parenchima with the B-cells lymphoma. After the diagnose was confirmed, radiotherapy was started. Control ultrasound exam showed complete regression of the left breast lesion. The PET/CT scan three months after therapy confirmed complete remission of the disease.
