Sažetak
After several years patient undergoing hemodialisys frequently develop complications in different organ system. the most frequent complications develop especially in the osteoarticular system. One of the first clinical complications in joint effusion.Thickness of the articular effusion in the knee areas was measured by using US. There was difference in the articluar effusion thickness in the knee area among the three patient groups with different lenghtof hemodialysis treatment. Articluar effusion thicknes in the knee area eas statistically significantly greater in all three groups of hemodialysis patients compared to the control group.
