Sažetak
The European Union as the second largest energy consumer in the world has a fairly small production of this energy-generating product and it largely relies on big world producers. The increasing consumption, in addition to the increased depletion of its own resources, increases the problem of dependency. Integrated quality management system includes the EU standards for quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management standards (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety management standards (OHSAS). Quality management system for crude oil and oil derivatives constitutes a backbone of the sustainable development which is possible only with the environmental protection.
