Sažetak
Reiter's syndrome is characterized by arthritis, urethritis, conjunctivitis and muccocutaneoius lesions, and show often HLA B27expression. In most cases it follows a bout if infesttious diarrhea. The diarrhea can be of infectious orgin, short-lived, but it can also be of longer duration, and ileoendoscopicaly and pathohystologicaly presended by macroscopic and microscopis inflammation. The subclinical bowel inflammation is a part od syndrome. Better endoscopic characterisation and the role of endoscopy in the diagnosis of atypical cases should be investigated in the future.
