Sažetak
Forty five patients with ulcerative colitis and seronegative spondyloarthropaties were followed up for nine years. Upon randomisation poatients were treated with supfasalazine and mesalazine. None of patioents received steroids. There were no significant difference according to disease localisation. There were no significant difference between the supfasalazine snd mesalazine group according to the type of disease (seronegative spondyloarthropathies or colon only).
