Sažetak
Since, in the world today is extremely important added value of the casting it is necessary to have a manufacturing process under control. Therefore, the trend of control and optimization of daily life in production, without high quality thermal analysis (ATAS), which provides us with the stability of production in terms of preparation, control and care of the melt, it is not possible. We use Thermal analysis for correction of active carbon (ACEL) in the base melt and monitor recalascence R (nucleating potential, eutectic growth), graphitization factor GRF1 (hypothermia, rate of precipitation, the amount of graphite), graphitization factor GRF2 (type and quantity of graphite) temperature liquidus and solidus. All the above parameters are one of the most important parameters in the stabilization process of production, while the module for dynamic (active) adding the inoculation optimize the melt in terms of maximum nucleation potential of the lowest possible addition of the inoculation. Thermal analysis gives a fingerprint of the melt, so you can instantly identify, react and correct the melt. The aim of the thermal control in manufacturing is to enable us to increase the quality of the melt at a higher level and, consequently, reduce scrap rate, customer satisfaction, and increased added value castings.
