Sažetak
Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) defined as a leakage of small amounts of urine during physical movement (coughing, sneezing, exercising), is a common problem in women of all ages. The treatment of this disorder is even more non-uniformed: there have been about 100 operations proposed for it. A new tension-free suburethral sling adresses these shortcomings using an innovative transobturator ruote. In this case repors a 35-year old female was admitted to our unit 1994 with a SUI gare III, cystocele and rectocele as well uterine descensus. The operative treatment with an unremarkable obstetric history. The operative treatment consisted of vaginal hystercomy with anterior and posterior vaginal plastic. Two years later, the patient presented with recurrent SUI and wsa treated by fascia lata sling operation. The symptom- free perioda was again only 2 year as she developed reccurent incontinence in 1998. We performed Burch operation and discharged the patinet after a chort unremerkable postoperative period. This time, the symptom-free interval lasted for 5 years. The patinet developed recurrent incontinence in 2003 and was admitted for an elective operative treatment with a suprapubic TVT. In 2005, the patient complained of recurrent incontinence. Ths time we desided to perform a transobturator placement of the sling. The patient has had an uremarkable postoperative course. After 24 month of ollow-up the patient is asymptomatic with a residual bladder volume of less than 30ml.
