Sažetak
The growth of World Wide Web traffic has led to performance problems which have initiated a great deal of research activity on improving the performance of individual components involved in Web traffic. This research is based entirely on the Web server component. The research examines requests received by the server by unique file size, response size and server processing time, using real traffic traces from two Web servers that differ in both Web content and targeted audience.
