Sažetak
General evaluation result of realized project has shown that the concrete progress on working and sensitizing the public is possible, which is related to work and social integration of people with disabilities in the local community. The author summarized some practical guidance resulting from project ideas and achievements about necessary activities, which are necessary at these levels: ON THE INDIVIDUAL LEVEL of PWD’s life: _precise and clear image of needs related to professional rehabilitation and employment, _vocational elaboration of a common methodological instrument for official statistical monitoring of key social-demographic characteristics of PWD, in relation to these two key aspects: education and employment of PWD, _frame construction of individual skills, knowledge and competence of PWD, _analysis of educational opportunities, _identification of barriers to lifelong education, _education and work with families whose members are people with disabilities, in order to identify specific needs, troubles, and life difficulties. ON GROUP LEVEL of other participants, their life and work: _identifying key stakeholders(concrete analysis of their characteristics) _networking as many stakeholders (opening of social enterprise and (or) their grouping), _continuous education for communicating interactively with disabled persons, _ making manuals in the local environment: who/when/how/why to participate in the employment of persons with disabilities (greater information dispersion, mutual placement and creation). _ establishment of a new and different model of social and labor integration of persons with disabilities, and potentially is sustainable the proposed DES's model of vocational rehabilitation. ON A SOCIAL LEVEL in the EU regions: _life-long planning of the changes in social relations, with the affirmation of values that will promote democracy and the right to diversity, _specification of methods and content awareness of the population (of various ages, occupations, education levels), _ public promotion and recognition of social roles and responsibilities towards the integration process of persons with disabilities, _ public criticism and debate on all missed, unachievable and potentially adequate actions to strengthen the integrative (social and employment) opportunities for persons with disabilities. Several months of the SLID activities gave rise to some of the social needs that we expose below, as would be necessary in a stronger affirmation and (or) the revitalization inclusion of people with disabilities. They require a holistic approach that will cover a number of aspects of life quality for people with disabilities. Evaluation recommendations can be reduced to the construction of two potential new integration model of persons with disabilities: social and occupational. Their guidelines were elaborated in this final evaluation study in detail.
