Sažetak
In our region rheumatoid arthritis occurs at earlier age that it is known froom the literature, more frequently in women, in spring season and in time of season's changing (April, NOvember). With development of rheumatological service and better education of general practitioner and rheumathologists diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis can be established earlier (predominantly within first 6 months after the onset of the disease), especially in centers with organized rheumatological service.
