Sažetak
The sensitivity of 111 gram negative bacterial strains isolated from blood cultures of 28 patients were tested to 16 antibiotics in current usage. The majority of isolated bacteria (70%) were resistant to empirically used combination of cefuroxime/gentamycine. The best in vitro results were obtained with a combination of imipenem/netilmycin (48% bacterial strains susceptible to both).
