Sažetak
According to the change in mean DMFT in the last 30 years, the level of oral health could be further improved, not only by increasing clinical services but also by organising prevention and educational programmes in schools and kindergartens. The dentist-nurse teams have to be re-established to work only on child oral health, prevention programmes and education.
