Sažetak
DRG BiH Data ICT Architecture Design: Collection, Storage, Analysis, Reporting report describes the implementation of IT Expert’s project activities: “Develop a Survey Questionnaire on ICT Hardware, Software and Number of Staff, and Skills in Hospitals and Health Insurance Institutes in BiH” and “Check the Present ICT Capacities in the Hospitals and Health Insurance Institutes Involved in the Project – Visit the Sites and Interview IT Staff, Including a Questionnaire”. The primary purpose of developing an ICT questionnaire and checking the present ICT capacities in hospitals and health insurance institutes was to detect the minimum IT requirements as defined in the “DRG BiH Grouper (DTS category calculation software) Technical Specification”, and to analyze them and provide recommendations for the activities to be undertaken to improve the system of financing secondary healthcare using information technologies.
