Sažetak
The object of the analysis in this paper is satisfaction of entrepreneurs with bank lending practice in Croatia. The following fundamental scientific methods have been applied: synthesis and analysis, inductive and deductive methods, descriptive and comparative methods, survey, statistics and modelling (growth matrix). Based on the qualitative and survey analysis, using growth model, authors have formulated information model of quality of bank lending as perceived by Croatian entrepreneurs for the period from 2009 to 2016. Synergetic relations among main features of quality of bank lending have been provided. In the case of Croatian small businesses, the main burdening factor, when bank lending is considered, is an availability of long-term loans. Indirect growth rates of the model indicate that collateral and interest rates will have the greatest influence on this factor. Quantification of the model renders to the creators of the economic policy the basis for policy measures and strategy formulation in order to boost small businesses development.
