Sažetak
The tumors of the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses, as well as skin cancer may approach or involve the orbit. In many patients it is possible to preserve the orbital contents, but in some patients it is better to preserve the life and sacrifice the orbital contents. A spectrum of cases representing both groups will be presented.
