Sažetak
We present and discuss effective atomic number (Zeff) obtained by different methods of calculations. There is no unique relation between the computed values. This observation led us to the conclusion that any Zeff is valid only for given process. We illustrate calculations for different subshells of atom Z= 72 and for M3 subshell of several other atoms.
