Sažetak
Freezing of testicular biopsies in conjuction with a meticulous histological analysis is frequently the only diagnostic and therapeutic option for patients diagnosed with azoospermia. Creating an individual tissue mini-bank of testicular parenchyma is extremly important in order to preserve gametes and reproductive potential of such patients. The mini-bank of testicular biopsies is a valuable source of spermatozoa for treatment of infertile couple and is used for the homologous in vitro fertilization.
