Sažetak
This paper shows the results of application of rotary milling cutter in production of parts used in moulding process. The main outcome is achievement of much faster cutting speeds and feed rates. Additional advantage is greater cutting efficiency in comparison to conventional cutters. The paper presents improved cutting technology and shows formulas for calculating cutting speed, feed rate, force and MRR. Besides that, the paper interprets some problems which are appeared during using this technology as well as proposals of possible solutions.
