Sažetak
The effect of added supplement from nature zeolite clinoptilolite of the quality of broilers meat was researched in this paper. Zeolites are natural volcanic minerals, which because of its crystal lattice structure can absorb and bind different substances. They are minerals with antiseptic and antibacterial activity, which are often used in veterinary medicine. According to EU regulation, zeolite clinoptilolite is a recomendent feed additive for animals. Broilers buttlock and white meat from 15 broilers from each experimental group were taken in order to examine the effect of addition of the supplement of nature zeolite clinoptilolite to the controlled food intended for broilers on chemical quality of broilers meat using standard chemical methodes. The data provided by this study illustrate beneficial effects of nature zeolite clinoptilolite supplement on the quality of broilers meat.
