Sažetak
The possibility is shown to determine the stresses and strains in a product by the indentation method from the parameters of dispersion in the hardness characteristics under elasto-plastic deformation of the metal. The presented procedure also allows the in-service control over the product condition by way of revealing the areas subjected to plastic deformation of the metal and determining the random overload stress level.
