Sažetak
When intepreting the meaning of a concept, the court considers the teleological purpose of a relevant provision and determines the meaning of a concept in relation thereto. In addition to the purpose of a provision, the Court considers the wider context, as will be illustrated through selected case law in the field of Eureopan contract law. Judging from case law, the underlying question which the Court attempts to answer in its approach is the following: How is the specific meaning of a concept to be delimited under EU law? In other words, the meaning of a concept must be weighted in accordance with the purpose of the relevant provision, context and legal consequences.
