Sažetak
In the signal of ground reaction force due to the correlation of the morphology of the waveform signals contains information about the specific method of performing motion within the defined techniques. The aim of this study was based on the kinetic parameters of ground reaction force (GRF) to determine the predictive biomechanical parameters that characterize the level of bone and joint loads when performing an optimal technique of the one of basic step aerobics step - step up knee at different altitudes step bench (6, 8, 10 inches). This study involved longtime aerobics instructors, who are performing the movement at each altitude of step bench, three sets of eight repetitions, and the signal ground reaction force components are measured in reflection on and step down from the bench. Based on the values of ground reaction forces were calculated basic statistical parameters of the components Fx, Fy and Fz, and the determination of significance was done with Wilcoxon test for equivalent pairs. The anterior-posterior values of the force vectors were highest at the lowest level of bench, while the measured values of the vertical component of the greatest dispersion of results (0.062) have on a high level of step bench. Expected statistically significant differences were observed in the anterior-posterior and vertical ground reaction force components at different heights step bench because of larger amplitude of movement and increasing the intensity on the higher step bench.
