Sažetak
Integration of graphic industry management process information provides for the prerequisites for the distance control of regulating mechanisms and for creating the database with input parameters. Specification and description of operation flows and their design is expressed under JDF (Job Definition Format) by means of a record as a “younger” branch of digital graphic communication describing operating elements for information transfer. Graphic organization in present form makes a group of production operative stages which are mutually integrated as non- homogeneous entities (the manufacturing islands) with insufficient timely information transfer (especially digitally presented). By means of automated regulation in manufacturing graphic industry process ; divided into: preparation, printing and finishing, certain mode of operation is provided, i.e. by means of networking, the information is transferred from one point of the management to all the individual execution places. Through the digital management of graphic industry, the management algorithms are designed to instruct the printing and finishing departments, respectively to give commands to executive mechanisms. In that way, the new models of manufacturing processes are provided which are able, with their configurations, to accept the information about graphic product, to pass it to the departments which realize it and as a final stage, to file that very information on a server where a basis of all the previous actions is created.
