Sažetak
By numerical FEM based program 2D and 3D culculation of squirrel-cage induction motor, dynamic characteristics at rated voltage and frequency have been performed. From the equivalent circuit parameters, which are obtained by analytical calculation, a simulation of a start-up characteristic using an analytical model was performed. On the basis of the obtained results, an analysis of rotor skew effect, skin effect and the saturation on the accuracy of the presend calculations has been undertaken. Induction motor calculated start-up caracteristics have been compared with the measurement results.
