Sažetak
Follow deer becomecommon game in hunting area as well as in parks. According to expiriance, manipulation with them is not difficult becouse they use to presence of people easily. Unfortunafly during the manipulation in conditions of limited farm space, injuries of the head are possible. Couse of those injuries might be various-hitting the fence, duel during the rut etc. N. ophtalmicus is a sensibile branch of the n. trigeminus. This nerve inervates skin of the frontal, temporal and caudal nasal region, conjunctiva, lacrimal duct, lacrimal caruncul, upper and down eye-lid, palpebra tertia, lacrimal gland, nasal septum, frontal and maxillar sinus, caudal part of the nasal caviti, part of infraorbital region and antler. We take into consideration that most of injures happens in the head area which is inervated by n. ophtalmicus or his branches. and due to mentioned reasons, we try to find most suitable spots for anaesthesia. The best possibility for approaching to the n. ophtalmicus is throught the lateral angle of the eye. Needle have to litle embeded in ventrocaudal direction. By this approach all parts of head which are inervated by n. ophtalmicus are well anaesthesed. Approach throught the medial eye angle is possible, but so hard for practicable, because in that part of the head there are lot of anatomical elements, needle must be longer and have to be embeded in ventrocaudal direction. In cases when is necessary to intervented on some smaller parts of the head, it is possible to anaesthesed ending branches of the n. ophtalmicus: n. lacrimalis, n. infratrochlearis and ramus cornualis nearest to its outcomes of the orbita. Anaesthezia of the n. ophtalmicus and its brunches (n. lacrimalis, n. infratrochlearis and ramus cornualis) can be done easily if practicionersare ready to use well-marked bone elements described in this papers as reliable orientation points for the approaching to the mentioned nerves.
