Sažetak
It is a book review of the book that deals with pension reforms in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Book analyzes the reform process and the related implementation of pension legislation in the period between the collapse of socialism and the financial crisis (2008-2009) in four countries: Croatia, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia. By comparing the political economy of the policy-making process, the author seeks to pinpoint the regularities between policies’ actors and their constellations, institutional framework, decision-making strategies and reform, thus trying to assess the future suitability and sustainability of the reformed retirement policies in those countries.
