Sažetak
Our empirical study of 246 directors, financial executives, accountants and credit/security analysts explore the concept of firm corporate governance and what theoretically devel¬oped attributes contribute to an entity to have influence of corporate governance over another. We first develop and test a set of hypothesis in regard to internal corporate governance. Post hoc research then analyzes combinations of direct ownership, indirect ownership, ownership concentration, and board of director representation to determine which levels are required for dominant corporate governance control. Due to the use of conjoint analysis, we are able to make suggestions as to the relative importance of each in regard to corporate governance and the relationships to one another.
