Sažetak
How much time do pupils spend on the computer? How much time do they spend using the Internet services? Do they use computer for entertainment or acquire knowledge? On research conducted among pupils of Centar Elementary School in Pula will be determined by who is more used computer and Internet services, pupils of subject teaching or pupils of classroom instruction, whether it is used more by male or female pupils, or affect the age and gender to the frequency of computer use and for what purposes.The data were obtained by means of a questionnaire in which pupils of lower and higher grades were anonymously surveyed. The survey also wanted to see whether there is a link between the general performance of pupils and the frequency of use of computers and the Internet. The data analysis has led to results that show that pupils mostly use the computer for entertainment purposes and virtual meetings. In the higher grades pupils using more the services of the Internet to solve school tasks than pupils of classroom teaching who use the computer mostly for fun through games and videos.
