Sažetak
This scientific article lays down a fundamental scientific hypothesis, proven via direct growth rates, that scientific realizations of an information model will determine the trend of patient detrimental effects reduction in healthcare cases which did not involve a physician in the Republic of Croatia for the 2012-2018 period.
