Sažetak
Because of new market demands and increasing complexity of tasks, in hotel business comes to the changes in organizational structure. Traditional organizational structure of business functions loses on its importance in the performing conditions of BPR. Applying the main starting points and principles of BPR in hotel, needs to answer the question: which are and how have to be organized business processes in a hotel to be successful in changeable conditions. Doing the organizational restructuring and BPR, today is a need which is constantly present in front of all hotel subjects, because those hotels which don´t want or cannot change intentively, don´t have future. The application of inductive logic of BPR, not only that is possible to each hotel to become more efficient and more successful, but it is an approach which makes long-term and strategic advantages on tourist market. The education of hotel management on one side and knowing of organization of business, functions and processes on the other side, are main prerequisites in choosing of adequate approach of resolving organizational problems in hotel.
