Sažetak
The last decade is characterized by entirely new situation at the international tourist market. Modern hotel guests needs have increased and became more demanding. Hotel offer should be formed according to individual wishes of guests. The organization plays a very important role in managing hotel offer, and in its placement on the tourist market. It determines how fast the hotel offer can be adjusted to the movements on the tourist market and to what level the activities of services have been coordinated. Very important function of organization is to shorten the time that hotel management needs to asses market situation and to perform necessary activities.
