Last decades innovative technologies that have been target in many studies are based on development of biopolymer based films. Substances are delivered to the product during the commercial food distribution and storageTo control the release of a volatile compound, retention capacity of different biopolymer films, influenced by different drying temperature and additives, has been studied.
