Sažetak
The authors respond to several arguments for the conclusion that psychopathic offenders should be held morally responsible for their crimes. However, although they admit that there is some evidence that they are not morally responsible, they argue that the issue of the appropriate social response to these offenders should be placed within a complex philosophical and legal debate that cannot be considered settled.
